Office Manager, Tilly and the Buttons

Tilly and the Buttons designs and sells award-winning, easy-to-use sewing patterns, books and online workshops for modern home crafters. We are a fast growing, ambitious and creative company, working with a small and friendly team in a bright and airy studio in South London.

We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Office Manager to provide excellent service to our customers and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of business operations. The position is 4 or 5 days a week.

The ideal candidate will be a natural problem-solver with a positive, pro-active attitude, and excellent administrative and organisational skills. They will be confident using technology and providing basic financial administration for small businesses. They will represent the brand with a friendly and professional manner, while not being afraid to have difficult conversations when needed.

We are a small and busy office – the Office Manager will need to be a self-starter, using their initiative to juggle a variety of tasks and prioritise their own time. They will understand the needs of a small and ambitious business, having the confidence to deputise for the Director when needed, while being equally happy to get stuck in stuffing envelopes during busy product launches and sales periods.
