Full Time - Administrator / Accounts Position, GWB Entertainment


GWB Entertainment is an international theatrical producer and presenter with offices in Australia and the UK. Our London offices are in Kensington.

We are a small team managing large projects across the world. Currently we are working on a number of large scale international touring musicals as well as developing some smaller exciting productions. 

Applicants must be dynamic and able to manage their own tasks to completion.  An understanding and passion for theatre and the performing arts is huge bonus. We are a small team and looking for someone to fit in with our company ethos. Full Time Administrator/Accounts Position

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Working with the Producing and General Management teams to provide day to day support to include responsibilities for updating and maintaining production accounts, scheduling and coordination 
of the team’s calendars and other general administrative support as may be required by the team
  • Handling accounts, receipts and data inputting.
  • Operating as key liaison with the off-sight Book Keeping and Accounts teams.
  • Management of office administration to include facilities management, liaising on building issues and managing office accounts. 
  • The management of the Company website 

To be considered for this role you must:

  • Be IT literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
  • Be highly organised, working well under your own initiative with minimal supervision.
  • Be proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work well as part of a small team.
  • Possess strong administration skills.
  • Possess an ability to be discreet, reliable and trustworthy. 
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Be articulate and well presented.
  • Be available immediately.  
  • Willingness to undertake training when required.
  • Have a sense of humour!
