Project Manager/Creative Producer – Kingston Council Live Music Project

Kingston Council is delighted to have received a special Cultural Impact Award from the Mayor of London to implement a bold and imaginative live music programme. The project will seek to engage with different venues, audiences and neighbourhoods, while creating a test bed for emerging talent.

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to help us implement this ground-breaking initiative. You will be responsible for all aspects of project delivery including programming, marketing and digital communications, stakeholder liaison, budget management and event production.

Reporting to the Project Team, this is a freelance, 3 day per week part-time position for 16 months, starting in October and ending in January 2020. Flexible working will be required as there will be some periods of concentrated activity. The successful candidate will be responsible for paying their own tax and NI contributions as required by HMRC.

You will be a confident communicator with at least three years producing and project management experience within a creative setting.

Hours: Variable - on average 3 days per week for 16 months, £170 per day
Salary: £35,000 - £40,800 (pro rata) actual salary £32,640 Fixed Fee
