Management Accountant - Graduate Trainee, Brighton Dome & Brighton Festival

3-year contract

Full time, 37 hours per week

£21,000 per annum, rising to £22,500 Year 2 and £24,000 Year 3, on successful completion of exams

Brighton Dome and Festival are seeking a Management Accountant Graduate Trainee. As a member of the Finance Team you will be primarily responsible for the preparation, distribution and presentation of our monthly Management Accounts.

Over a period of three years, you will develop key accounting and business management skills which include how charities budget, manage and report on their financial resources. As part of your training you will study towards the ACCA qualification and become a Chartered Certified Accountant.

The successful candidate will hold a minimum 2:1 degree from a recognised university; a high level of numeracy and literacy; excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. You should also have an ambition to succeed in the accountancy profession and to achieve the ACCA qualification.
