Artsadmin is accepting proposals for the Development Associate contract at Artsadmin.
The Development Associate’s brief will support the Head of Marketing and Development to deliver Artsadmin’s development initiatives and targets, contributing to the planning and delivery of Artsadmin’s fundraising activity.
Artsadmin’s fundraising is focused on the organisation’s mission and ethical approach, with the aim of enabling Artsadmin to:
- Produce, curate and tour artists’ work
- Support and advise emerging, mid-career and established artists
- Develop its role as a leading green arts organisation
- Deliver an education programme
- Maintain and improve Toynbee Studios
Having been awarded match-funding opportunities through Arts Council England’s Catalyst Evolve scheme, the successful candidate will work with the Development team to help increase and further diversify Artsadmin’s individual giving income, and to achieve an ambitious target of funding from trusts and foundations to support both Artsadmin’s work and the work of its client artists. The priority for this contract would be to support the submission of bids to achieve targets in 2019-22, in particular to achieve remaining match funding for Artsadmin’s Catalyst Evolve programme (ending August 2019), and to support the sustainable development of individual giving.
Please visit the Artsadmin portal here: https://apply.artsadmin.co.uk/ to submit a proposal setting out how you would fulfill the brief and upload your CV detailing your development experience.
The deadline for applications is Monday 8 October at 12 noon.
Interviews will take place in London on 22/23 October 2018.
Please let us know in your application if you are unavailable on these dates and if you have any particular access requirements.
