Global Business Development (Native German Speaker), nkoda

nkoda is a sheet music app containing the world’s largest resource of scores, parts and educational materials from every genre. The Role

As the business expands into Germany, we’re building relationships with some of the country’s most renowned institutions, educational bodies and cultural influencers. As well as helping to grow sales of nkoda in Germany, the role will involve account management, as well as collaborations and special projects with our partners.

In practice, this will involve:

  • Identifying and managing a portfolio of German music institutions and selling nkoda subscriptions in bulk

  • Targeting senior decision makers within these organizations to promote nkoda and engage with individuals interested in using and exploring the nkoda app

  • Managing the sales pipeline through our CRM system and preparing reports to keep key stakeholders up to date on your activity & progress

  • Taking ownership of German-speaking customer queries in order to enable accurate, helpful and on-time resolution of the client's issues

Skills and Experience

Required

  • Native German speaker, fluency in English also essential.

  • 2-4 years’ experience in business development/sales including B2B

  • Demonstrable knowledge of a structured sales process utilizing CRM

  • Proven ability to engage with senior decision makers and coordinate activity on major accounts

  • Previous experience in higher education, publishing or music industry preferred

Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 per annum
