PA to Head of Strategic Communications, Natural History Museum

This role is to provide professional administrative and logistical support to the Head of Strategic Communications, ensuring time is managed efficiently, and there is effective output from the Communications team.

The role requires excellent organisational, time management and communications skills, to proactively deal with conflicting demands and manage numerous different relationships sensitively. Significant experience working with a senior manager, as well as the ability to build good working relationships at all levels, both internally and externally, will be essential.

This is a part time role of 21 hours per week, which is flexible according to the post holder’s preference, over a minimum of four days per week, Monday to Friday. Interviews are likely to be held on Tuesday 12 March 2019.

Contract: Fixed Term Contract, 12 month, Maternity cover
