Executive Assistant to the Deputy CEO, British Film Institute

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant who will support the day to day activities undertaken by the DCEO.

The Executive Assistant will work autonomously to manage the Deputy CEO’s complex diary, including arranging internal and external meetings, preparing papers and reports, and coordinating travel arrangements.

The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience supporting a senior executive in either a commercial or charity environment. Due to the limited face to face time with the DCEO, you will be comfortable working independently. You will be confident drafting presentations and correspondence and your excellent communications skills will enable you to deal effectively with a large variety of internal and external contacts

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant. Based at 21 Stephen Street, you will enjoy benefits such as our pension scheme, excellent support for working parents, 28-33 days annual leave, tickets to BFI festivals and events plus many others.
