Ticketing Services Administrator, Southbank Centre


Southbank Centre is home to the Royal Festival Hall, Queen Elizabeth Hall, Purcell Room and Hayward Gallery as well as The National Poetry Library and the Arts Council Collection. 

The Ticketing Services Administrator acts as the lead communicator between the Ticketing & Membership Operations team and other Southbank Centre departments and supervises external ticket desks in offsite venues ensuring our values, brand and service standards are adhered to. Providing high quality administrative support to the Ticketing Services team, you will assist in delivering an outstanding quality of service to Southbank Centre departments, promoters, customers and artistic partners.

With demonstrable experience in a ticketing system administration role, you will be well organised with outstanding administration skills and a high attention to detail. You will be able to work well and communicate with a wide range of people with tact and diplomacy and enjoy working as part of a productive team. You will have a high level of numeracy, good IT skills and be confident in your ability to produce reports and analyse data to a high standard. With a strong personal interest in the arts, you will understand Southbank Centre’s belief that the arts should be available to all and will be ready to use and build on your existing skills and experience to provide an exceptional service to everyone who interacts with the Ticketing & Membership Operations Team.

Contract: Full time, permanent
