Managing Director, Institute of Contemporary Arts (ICA)


The Managing Director will work in tandem with the Executive Director and Board, to develop and deliver all aspects of the organisation’s vision, strategy and future.  This key role oversees the Strategic Business Planning, Organisational Development, Financial Management, Operations, Commercial and Fundraising Activities in order to deliver the future vision and charitable goals of the ICA. This role requires a highly entrepreneurial approach, strong management, business acumen to increase the potential of the organisation's strategic plans and commercial opportunities. The Managing Director also works closely with the Executive Director in representing the organisation to key partners, stakeholders and supporters.

This role will also play an instrumental role in a forthcoming capital project that will see the first refurbishment in over 50 years, maximising programme possibilities and making the ICA a truly innovative organisation for the 21st Century.
