Acting for Screen Camera Technician, NYT of GB

Description

The National Youth Theatre is an internationally pioneering and award-winning youth arts charity that offers industry lead creative opportunities to young people aged 14-25. The National Youth Theatre is looking for Technicians to work with their Acting for Screen Masterclasses. Courses run year-round during school holidays, Monday through Saturday, and last for one week at a time. Masterclasses can be London-based or regional, so applications from Technicians throughout the UK are encouraged.

The Technician is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the technical aspects of the Acting for Screen Masterclass, including the collection, management, and use of NYT equipment. Participants work towards a final piece that is taped on the Saturday of each course, so the Technician is also responsible for producing footage of the highest quality possible for them to take with them on completion.
