Job specification

Based on your experience in the sector you will deliver high quality and informed customer service to Museum clients across a range of projects. Managing numerous projects simultaneously you will ensure their smooth running in-line with client expectations and Mtec business process’. As part of a small team self-led working is critical as well as flexibility and co-operative working with the wider business.

Key tasks


  • Preparing costings, compiling estimates and organization of estimating process
  • Coordinating a wide range of domestic, international and technical projects using experience to inform best practice throughout
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Collaborating with external suppliers, maintaining excellent working relationships
  • Liaising with internal teams to inform and plan necessary resources
  • Accurate and timely completion of necessary external documentation such as UK export licenses, CITES applications
  • Production of internal and external documentation as required throughout projects
  • Management of costings throughout projects in line with estimate 
  • Accurately compiling all relevant job costings, authorizing purchase invoices and preparation of client invoices
  • Maintaining accurate monitoring systems and project records



  • Ongoing excellent attention to detail and capabilities throughout all administration and communication
  • Motivated to work independently, as part of a small specialist team and wider business
  • Effective time manager
  • High computer, numeracy and linguistic proficiency


  • 2 – 3 years experience in the art logistics sector required
  • Based in Enfield office, location EN3 7UY
  • Typical office hours, Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 6.00pm
  • Competitive salary based on experience
