Customer Experience Project Officer, Imperial War Museum

The post holder will act as a champion for our customers and will take responsibility for the ongoing review and improvement of the key customer services that support access to our buildings and our collections. You will work corporately alongside key stakeholders and colleagues who have responsibility for the IWM visitor experience providing advice, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations and supporting projects that deliver our access and equality strategy. You will also be responsible for supporting projects that enable the work our visitor facing teams, ensuring that IWM delivers the best possible customer experience and exceeds customer expectations.
