We’re West London’s leading arts centre welcoming 230k visits a year; an independent charity and social enterprise with a thriving venue on the banks of the Thames - comprising a cinema, theatre, gallery and studio spaces - and an extensive outreach programme, including an outdoor arts venue in Hounslow.

We’re looking for a new Deputy Customer Relations Manager to support the Customer Relations Manager and Marketing Director in heading up our large and successful customer service team.

Our mission is to inspire communities through the arts and creativity and the customer relations team is fundamental to delivering the conditions to enable this, both in the venue and in our wide outreach programme.
