Scottish Ensemble and European partner organisations seek experienced, imaginative Audience Development Officer for Creative Europe supported project The Bridge
The partners coordinating The Bridge are seeking an experienced and dedicated Audience Development Officer (ADO) to support audience-focused festival planning and the delivery of Building Bridges, a participatory audience development programme within The Bridge network and festival. This is a fantastic opportunity to join four highly renowned international music organisations and gain experience working in a European context, while supporting the organisations to refine their approach and knowledge of best practice in audience development and audience diversity in the classical music sector.

Period of Employment
March/April 2019 – September 2020
£3,750 (all in fee for delivery of Building Bridges and some advising on festival planning; we expect this role will require 25 days’ work across the period with an approximate daily fee of £150. This includes all tax and National Insurance contributions).
Hours / Working time
Approximately 25 days between March/April 2019 and September 2020, including evaluation and documentation for final report. This role is highly flexible and would suit an arts manager looking to expand their portfolio of projects or supplement their part-time position with a developmental project role. Hours/days per week are flexible; this could be regular or delivered in short periods of multiple days in a row.
This role can be delivered by someone working from home in any location in Europe. The successful candidate will be expected to spend an extended period in Glasgow in May 2020.
