Property Administrator, The Ambassador Theatre Group

You’ll provide administrative support to the Group Operations Director and Property Director as well providing support to the property team in its core functions such as project delivery and buildings administration. In addition to support the Property Operations Manager in the maintenance and development of property systems and processes.

The position holder will have enthusiasm, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines with a ‘can- do’ attitude.

Some Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for all internal and external contacts relating to the Property team, handling queries and issues as they arise.
  • Provide administrative support for Group Operations Director, Property Director and other Head of Departments as from time to time may be necessary.
  • Meeting and diary support to wider property team, including organising meetings, minute taking and making travel arrangements.
