We are seeking an Operations Administration Manager who will support the Director of Operations & External Relationships and the Director of Theatre Management & Customer Experience to ensure the smooth and safe running of day-to-day operations at The Old Vic. As well as taking the lead in delivering a number of operational projects, this role acts as a central point of contact providing vital support to the work of all of our departments. The successful candidate will need to be adaptable and detail-oriented with the ability to work effectively and efficiently in an often highly pressurised environment. Proven experience of line management, budget management and IT project management will also be essential for this role.
