Office Administrator, Photography Course London Ltd


Photography Course London are looking for a full time Office Administrator.

Working as an integral part of the company, the role will involve a varied mix of administration and marketing tasks. 

Reporting to: Director

Duties would include but are not limited to:

Acting as the main point of contact for all enquires via phone, email, online chat and in person

Managing all office admin

Conducting weekly activity meetings

Scheduling courses and one to one tuition sessions

Processing bookings and payments

Extensive diary management

Setting up the classroom, greeting students and concluding courses

Keeping the office clean and tidy

Adding courses to the company website and general daily website upkeep 

Managing invoices

Working alongside the accountant and supplying all necessary material

Promoting upcoming courses across social media platforms

Engaging with followers and other photography based industries via social media

Promoting the company and our services through marketing

Monthly company newsletter

Manage and maintain the office facilities, equipment and supplies

Ad-hoc office tasks

Required skills:

Knowledge or interest in photography 

Confident phone manner 

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work autonomously and use own initiative 

Experience running social media platforms and using scheduling software

Ability to identify and prioritise important tasks

Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to multitask

Great attention to detail

Must be mac proficient

Desired skills:

Basic Photoshop skills

Basic Marketing experience 

This is a full time position, Monday – Friday 9.00 – 18.00 and occasional evening and weekend work could be required.

40 hours a week, £10 per hour
