Project Manager - Christmas Day Coordinator, Jacksons Lane

Jacksons Lane are looking for a Christmas Day Coordinator to join our busy team for a fixed term between June and December 2019 here at North London's creative space.

Christmas Day has been held at Jacksons Lane for over 40 years - historically run entirely by a team of external volunteers. Each year, we throw open our doors on 25thDecember for older and disabled people in the area, who would otherwise be spending Christmas Day alone.  This year, we are taking the event in-house and are looking for an experienced coordinator to facilitate the entire event, from conception through to delivery on Christmas Day itself.

The ideal candidate will have experience of leading on, managing and delivering projects with older people in hard to reach communities. They will also be confident in creating a high quality community event with a focus on reducing isolation, improving well-being and increasing community engagement for older people.
