Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday (plus occasional evenings/or weekends when required)

Pay: £24,000 - £30,000 PA depending on experience

What we are looking for:

An energetic, highly organise person to become our new membership manager. The ideal candidate will have previous sales, space operations and tenant management experience, be highly self-motivated and would enjoy taking on the varied responsibilities this role entails. You must have an interest in the arts and creative industries and one-year previous experience in a similar role is desired. As our new membership manager, you will be responsible for looking after our 100 + members across our two sites in SE1 & SE17, be the first port of call for enquiries and be charged with fostering and growing our creative and entrepreneurial community. You will be part of a small but dedicated team, and you will play an important role in Hotel Elephants plans for future growth.

About Us:

Hotel Elephant was established in 2009 as a not for profit company to provide space for Arts, Culture and Creative Enterprise in Southwark. Since 2009, Hotel Elephant has provided 80,000 sqft of studio, exhibition and education space across six meanwhile use buildings in the Elephant & Castle. In 2016 Hotel Elephant launched Spare Street a dedicated and permanent Creative Enterprise hub in the Elephant and Castle. Currently, Hotel Elephant has approximately 100 members across three sites in Southwark.
