General Manager, Scarabeus Aerial Theatre

Scarabeus Aerial Theatre is looking to recruit a General Manager.

Scarabeus Aerial Theatre is looking for an experienced General Manager to support our small, passionate team across all the company’s projects. The role is a part time post 3 days/week.

Scarabeus Aerial Theatre has since 1988 produced pioneering outdoor, and recently indoor work fusing aerial skills with visual theatre and choreographed movement in site-specific, immersive and touring performances. Scarabeus creates spectacular thought provoking and unforgettable productions dealing with contemporary narratives aimed at awakening empathy, ethical and political consciousness in our wide range of audiences. www.scarabeus.co.uk

Alongside our professional performance work we run an extensive participatory programme for children, young people and families, which has grown rapidly over the last few years. We work with around 500 participants a year.

Salary:    £25-£30k pro rata dependent on experience

Contract: 12 months contract after initial 3-month probationary period

Location: London – office based

Hours: 10am-6pm, Days to be agreed
