Free Meditation Course + Lifetime App + Wellness Portfolio Shots, Beeja Meditation

We at Beeja teach the most powerfully transformative - and easiest - meditation technique in the world. With mental health issues climbing every year, and so much conflict and destruction happening globally.

To help spread our message to the world that meditation isn’t just for hippies and monks, but is relevant for absolutely everyone, we would like to teach a group of 24 models/actors our technique so that we can capture what’s involved on camera.

The course itself takes 7 hours over three days and will take place in our relaxed Hoxton studio. In that time we will give you a personalised technique, and all the tips and tricks you need to make it work for you. By the end of the course you’ll be a confident and self-sufficient meditator and all set to start living a healthier, happier life.

The benefits of meditation you can expect to experience include vastly improved sleep, relief from anxiety and stress, greater creativity, a stronger connection to your true self, and enriched relationships with others. You’ll feel more inspired, more energised and more able to cope with the challenges life throws at you, and come out on top.

To show others what is involved on the course, we would: interview you on-camera beforehand to capture your reasons for doing it and your expectations, photograph you whilst taking part, and interview you again straight after. We’d also ask for a brief written testimonial and interview on camera, two months after the course, to find out how meditation has enhanced your life.

For those who are interested, we can offer you our life-changing Beginner’s Course which includes ongoing support and 20+ free drop-in meditation classes every month (worth £300), life-time access to the Beeja app (worth £120), and a set of portfolio shots that will demonstrate you working in the wellbeing and lifestyle space, for free.
