Selection panellists include: Mobo nominated artist Novelist; promoter Tom Baker (Field Day/Eat Your Own Ears); Mercury Award nominated Dave Maclean (Django Django); writer and artist, Chantelle Fiddy.

CirKT is supported by the Mayor of London as part of the London Borough of Culture Programme. Through CirKT, the Royal Borough of Kingston aims to support New Talent development and bring venues, artists and audiences together to celebrate grass roots live music. To be eligible to participate you must have connections to Kingston and the west London area.
