Henry Hudson Studio Assistant - 6 months, Order & Chaos


An exciting opportunity to work as part of Henry Hudson's east London art studio where you will assist in creating plasticine paintings and future commissions. You will work alongside the artist, Studio Manager and 6 other artistic assistants on a number of plasticine works. This is a full time 6 months position, with the potential to extend. 

Experience working as an artist assistant and within a studio is preferable, but not essential. The proven ability to work diligently and collaboratively to a very high artistic standard is essential. Knowledge and experience working with materials and a practical understanding of art production and installation. Proven artistic ability and technique, preferably to degree level, in a suitable creative or artistic discipline. Proven ability to take direction and work as part of a team towards a collaborative creative vision. The successful candidate will need to show strong prioritisation skills, strong time management skills and the ability to work towards multiple project deadlines.

The working hours are Monday-Friday, 9-6pm.
