Bar Supervisor (Casual)
£9.42 per hour
Brighton Dome & Brighton Festival is seeking Bars Supervisors with experience of delivering bar service and supervising staff within high volume environments.
We are looking for enthusiastic candidates who can help train and motivate a large team of casual staff to deliver excellent customer service, in addition to providing practical support on the bar.
You will be expected to work in all Brighton Dome venues, dealing with a wide range of customers and functions.
All candidates should be flexible with their working patterns and willing to work regular evenings and weekends. Bar Supervisors are expected to give their availability monthly so shifts may be allocated, however this is a zero hours position and work is not guaranteed.
For the right candidate, there will be the opportunity to cover Duty Manager shifts during our busiest periods.
