The role will cover a broad remit of duties and would suit an experienced HR Generalist looking for their next career move. The role will focus on providing an excellent first line advisory service to all employees advising on a wide range of matters and proactively engaging with the whole employee life cycle, from recruitment through to exit interviews. This role will also be heavily involved in the maintenance of the School’s Single Central Register and associated employee files as well as overseeing the department’s administration, ensuring compliance with GDPR.
The successful candidate will be at least Level 5 CIPD qualified or have relevant equivalent experience within a similar role and must be confident in providing first line advice across all areas of employee relations to all employees including managers and the Senior Leadership Team- excellent communication skills and knowledge of employment law are essential.
Salary £29,000 per annum
Hours 35 hours per week (9am-5pm or 9.30am-5.30pm)
Location Based at Covent Garden with travel to White Lodge, Richmond once per week
