Description

Would you like to join the RSC’s Retail team? We’re looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused people to join us as Retail and Programme Sales Assistants.

In this varied role you’ll work both in the RSC shop and more widely across the theatre. You’ll be selling programmes, preparing cash floats, maintaining stock and answering customer queries. You’ll be interacting with our audiences and visitors to the theatre and working alongside our other customer facing teams.

To be suitable for this role, we are looking for people who:

  • Have good communication skills and work well in a busy environment
  • Enjoy providing great customer service
  • Have a strong sense of initiative and good numeracy skills

We are looking for candidates who can work flexibly, during evenings and weekends, to fit with the RSC theatre operations and performance schedules. This is a great opportunity to join a brilliant team and be part of making everyone’s visit to the theatre an enjoyable experience.
