Customer Experience Manager, VAULT Festival

VAULT Festival is looking for a Customer Experience Manager to work on the upcoming VAULT Festival 2020.

The Customer Experience Manager will work to ensure the smooth running of the Front Of House experience and department throughout the duration of VAULT Festival. Responsible for the planning, setup, staff training, live hours logistics, and evaluation of the FOH department; the successful candidate will be expected to implement systems that enable and empower an exceptional FOH Team who can provide the highest quality customer and visitor experience. 

This is a busy hands-on role at London’s biggest arts festival which requires energy, creativity, and tenacity.

VAULT Festival is London’s biggest, boldest and wildest arts and entertainment festival, hosting hundreds of events each year; reaching across theatre, comedy, cabaret, immersive experiences, late night parties, pop-up venues, and more. Now in its eighth year, VAULT Festival returns in 2020 from 28th January to 22nd March with a broad and diverse programme of more than 400 shows in venues throughout Waterloo.
