Freelance contract - Project delivery
Freelance Fee: £8,000

Timescales: Our timescales for creating this book are December 2019 – December 2020. Hours and days during this period are completely flexible and will vary depending on the stage of the project. You will need to be available for occasional progress meetings at Birmingham Museum & Art Gallery during this period.

Location: Depending on the stage of the project – Birmingham Museum & Art Gallery or work from home. Offsite research will be needed as required.

We are looking for a highly organised co-ordinator to research and collate content for a new publication showcasing places to see and things to do in the West Midlands.

Our successful candidate will be thorough and methodical in their approach. They will have great communication skills and exceptional administrative and organisational skills.

To succeed in this project you will be experienced in working with multiple partner organisations at the same time. You will have excellent written communication skills, great attention to detail and will always have a close eye on deadlines. Experience collating information for print or publication will be invaluable.
