Part-time Communications and Marketing Lead
Trust Music is a young, ambitious charity whose principal object is to support children and young people in Bolton to access high quality music-making and learning, particularly that provided by Bolton Music Service.
Trust Music organises a range of fundraising activities and events including the provision of workshops for adults in its Studio – the charity’s new premises in Bolton’s Market Place shopping centre - where it is already establishing a vibrant and high impact presence amongst local shoppers, visitors, retailers and communities.
To aid its further growth, Trust Music is looking for a well organised, creative and flexible Communications and Marketing specialist to further raise the profile of Trust Music locally, regionally and even nationally, through proactive communications, promotion and marketing of its activities, events and fundraising campaigns.
You will need excellent skills and experience in creating and publishing website and social media content across a range of traditional and digital marketing channels, ensuring consistency of brand and message across all platforms. You will understand community management and be adept in implementing and maintaining a database of the charity’s supporters, and communicating with them regularly, growing the number and range of its subscriber members over time.
The post is part-time (15 hours per week) for one year in the first instance, with a salary of £21,000 pro rata (£8400 per annum).
