Vacancy: Sales & Customer Services Assistant (Head Office)

Location: Dalston, London

Hours: Full Time (Monday to Friday, 9am – 5.30pm)

Jackson’s Art Supplies are looking for a Sales & Customer Service Assistant to work at our head office in London. The role involves processing sales orders and responding to customer service enquiries in a professional and timely manner, answering phones and dealing with queries from both existing and new customers. 

Knowledge of art supplies is imperative, and an excellent and clear phone manner is very important. Furthermore, excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential to this role. 

This is an office-based role, so some general administration tasks will be required. Knowledge of Office applications and Gmail is desired but not essential as training will be provided. This role will change and there are opportunities for progression. Ideally, we would like someone who is extremely adaptable and can work in a high pressure, busy environment. 

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5.30pm based in Dalston, London.

Pay starts at £8.50 per hour.
