Exhibition Assistant (Internship), The Bulldog Trust / Two Temple Place


Job Title: Exhibition Assistant Intern
Reporting to: Head of Exhibitions
Location: Two Temple Place, London, WC2R 3BD
Contract: Fixed Term Paid Internship (5 days per week) (some evening and weekend work is required throughout the exhibition period).
Employment Term: December 2019 to May 2020
Remuneration: Salaried at London living wage (£10.55 per hour)

Role Description
This internship will give the successful applicant valuable work experience and an insight into the delivery and management of a small but busy exhibition space.

The intern will provide administrative and practical support to the Head of Exhibitions, Visitors Services Coordinator and wider exhibition team, in the delivery and running of Two Temple Place’s 2020 exhibition, including helping to supervise the team of volunteers and the exhibition space once open to the public.

This is a full-time, 5 day a week paid internship. The candidate will be willing and enthusiastic to help with a wide range of tasks, supporting all members of the exhibition team with the organisation and delivery of the exhibition. They will be expected to work at weekends during the exhibition period and some evenings to help support the events programme as well as the established Wednesday Lates. During the exhibition’s opening months, this role includes duty management and elements of visitor services.
