Duty Manager, RADA


Duty Manager, Up to £24,000 per annum depending on experience
37.5 hours a week, on a rota basis,
between 7.30am - 12.30am Monday-Sunday

The role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Duty Manager to supervise all front of house activities during events across all RADA buildings. You will be responsible for understanding the requirements of each performance, hire or event in detail and co-ordinating with the bar, theatre and technical staff to ensure relevant information is accurate and up-to-date. You will also be responsible for briefing staff on their duties and maintaining a daily reporting system on room management, undertaking immediate house-keeping where necessary.

The successful candidate will have Duty Manager and Customer Service experience and will have worked in a commercial venue. You will also have experience of responding to customer requests and complaints, therefore, being articulate and have clear communication skills. We require someone who is also proactive and has the ability to exercise strong initiative whilst also being able to follow critical procedures in detail. The team
The Customer Operations Team are responsible for welcoming all RADA’s students, audiences, customers and visitors. They work across all RADA sites on reception desks, front of house and within the theatres, on a rota basis.
