£42,792 to £49,553 per annum

The Sainsbury Centre for Visual Arts is one of the most prominent university art museums in Britain, with a national and international reputation for the display and study of art. 
The post holder will lead the curatorial team at the Sainsbury’s Centre, managing all aspects of the curatorial and exhibitions activity. Working with colleagues in Technical, Communications and Education, the post holder will contribute to the ongoing success of the Centre and its programme of exhibitions and displays.
In addition you will actively undertaking research that complements existing research strengths and produce high quality research appropriate for a strong REF submission from the SCVA. You must have a Phd or hold an equivalent qualification. In addition, you will have experience of working in a museum or art gallery and be able to fulfil all essential elements of the person specification.   
This post is available from 6 January 2020 or as soon as possible thereafter on a full-time, indefinite basis.
