Partnerships & Participation Manager, Science Museum Group

Can you build strategic partnerships, and be an advocate for local audiences?

Our Learning champions at Science Museum Group (SMG) think big to create unique, interactive and engaging programmes for school’s groups, families and adults.

To help us continue in embedding a culture of participation and audience focussed practice, the National Science and Media Museum are looking for a Partnerships and Participation Manager to join the Learning team on a permanent basis.

In this role, you will build, develop and maintain strategic partnerships to deliver programmes, events and the Bradford Science Festival. Joining us, you will have a strong understanding of community work and engagement, ideally in the Bradford district, and experience of content development. You’ll be a strong relationship-builder and an engaging leader - you will be able to manage and motivate teams, manage budgets, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across SMG and other organisations.

You will be offered excellent benefits, including 27 days annual leave in addition to bank holidays, a contributory pension scheme, an interest free loan offer and numerous staff discounts whilst developing your career in a world class museum group.
