We are seeking a Relief Duty Front of House Manager, who will play a key role in managing the Front of House operation and ensuring a high standard of customer care at The Old Vic. The Relief Duty Front of House Manager will be responsible for the effective management of the Front of House staff team. This role is a crucial part of a small team and as such, the post-holder will be expected to provide support across a diverse range of areas. The successful candidate will have experience of working at Front of House Supervisor level in a similar venue, excellent customer service skills and the ability to work calmly under pressure.
