Administrator - Maternity Cover (Part Time), Highly Sprung


Highly Sprung is the UK’s leading physical theatre company making work with and for children and young people. Highly Sprung create outdoor and venue-based performances that tell stories through movement, gesture and dance. Stories inspired by humanity, science and the complex world around us. Highly Sprung also train artists in physical theatre and run projects in primary and secondary school here and across the world.

The Highly Sprung Administrator is a vitally important role within the charity’s core operation, continually developing and managing the charity’s key administrative functions and supporting the charity’s organisation across all programmes of activity.

You will be part of a dynamic team, working closely with both directors, Highly Sprung’s board of trustees and all artists and freelancers connected to our varied programme of delivery. You will be someone with excellent organisation and administration skills and be able to communicate effectively with a wide range of project partners. It is a varied role, and a positive approach will be essential, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities. You are extremely personable and great at planning, creating systems, and making sure that projects are administered effectively.

This is a part-time role, based on 3 days (24 hours) per week. This is fixed term contract covering a period of maternity leave of up to 13 months, which will include a 3-month trial period.
