Marketing & Engagement Manager, the Albany


Based in Deptford, London, the Albany is a pioneering, multi-use performing arts venue with a strong focus on working with diverse communities.

This exciting new role has been created as we radically shift our model at the Albany to work much more closely with our communities to curate programmes, and to invest in long-term relationships with our artists. We are looking for an experienced manager and versatile communicator to lead the marketing of our programmes and engagement with our wider communities. This is a highly collaborative and creative role, working within the Producing Team, and developing new work and projects at the Albany.

This will be an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated candidate with an understanding and passion for audience engagement as well as a proven track record in hitting sales targets.

Contract:                  Full or part-time, permanent, flexible working               

Salary:                       £28-32,000 per annum, depending on experience
