Managing Producer, Chris Goode & Company

Chris Goode & Company is a theatre company making performance projects across a wide range of contexts. Working as a fluid ensemble of makers, our principal aim is to create welcoming spaces for radical encounters and revelatory conversations.

We are now recruiting for the new role of Managing Producer.

The post-holder will manage the company alongside artistic director Chris Goode, leading on day-to-day operations and administration, and playing a key role in the development and delivery of the company’s productions and other outward-facing activity.

The ideal candidate is likely to have substantial experience of general management in a theatre / arts organisation, venue, and/or touring company. They may also have some track record in producing live work in the independent sector; or they will be able to demonstrate their ambition to develop their skills in this area.

The company is based in London, but currently has no office base, so members mostly work remotely and virtually, meeting offline when necessary. We therefore welcome applications from professionals based anywhere in the UK and can consider a flexible approach to how this role may work for the right candidate.
