Buildings and Operations Coordinator, Gasworks

Description

Gasworks is looking for a new Finance Assistant / Bookkeeper to support the Managing Director in all aspects of bookkeeping tasks and managing the day-to day accounts and financial procedures. The Finance Assistant will play a key role in the smooth and effective running of the finance department working closely with the Managing Director and team at Gasworks.

Undertaking a range of financial and administrative tasks, the role is a good opportunity for someone with experience in financial administration who would like to develop a career in charity finance and is interested in the arts. 

The candidate will need to demonstrate a high level of numeracy, organisational skills, attention to detail and an enthusiasm for working in a busy office environment that also provides an opportunity for skills development.

Title: Buildings and Operations Coordinator  

Place of work: Gasworks, 155 Vauxhall Street, London, SE11 5RH

Reports to: Managing Director

Contract: Part-Time contract, initial 6 month contract

Hours of work: Tuesday – Wednesday (9.30 – 6pm) days negotiable 

Salary: £25,000 pro rata

Start date: Contract starting April 2020
