Box Office Supervisor, Sage Gateshead

Sage Gateshead’s Box Office is an integral part of the organisation. Whether selling tickets to the latest show on-sale, answering queries about our huge range of classes, or liaising with our partner agencies and promoters, the Box Office facilitates almost every part of Sage Gateshead’s activities in some way.

Our busy team is looking ahead to 2020 and beyond and preparing to move our service level up a gear. We pride ourselves on our friendly team atmosphere and on providing top-level customer service.

We’re looking for a permanent full time Supervisor to join the team and help us to deliver the best service we can.

Extensive knowledge of Tessitura is essential, and experience in wider CRM/complementary systems management would be beneficial.

The Box Office Supervisor will work as part of the wider team and independently to ensure that all practices and procedures are followed to operate the Box Office successfully. You will often be in sole charge of the team and Box Office and must be able to balance technically advanced box office tasks such as setups, manifests and settlements against customer service queries, effective administration and at all times team management.
