Vacancy: Sales & Customer Services Assistant.
Location: Dalston, London ( REMOTE WORKING AVAILABLE )
Hours: Full Time (Monday to Friday, 9am – 5.30pm)

From shipping a handful of products out of a gallery basement, we now handle over 400,000 parcels a year, shipping to tens of thousands of artists in 150 countries around the globe. Despite this growth, our ethos remains the same. We hunt down the best products, offer them at great prices, and deliver an exceptional quality of service.
We are looking for a full-time member of staff to join our Telesales & Customer Service team. The role involves processing sales orders and responding to customer service enquiries in a professional and timely manner, answering phones or e-mails and dealing with order queries from both existing and new customers.
Knowledge of art supplies is important, as is an excellent and clear phone manner. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also required along with previous experience in a sales and customer service setting.
Knowledge of Office applications and Gmail is desired but not essential as training will be provided.
The role is Monday to Friday, 9am – 5.30pm based in Dalston, London.
Pay starts at £8.75 + per hour depending on experience.
NB: We anticipate the successful applicant will work remotely from home so you will need a laptop, mobile phone, and good wi-fi connection - We do however need applicants to be able to work from our Dalston Office once the current lockdown is lifted.
