Arts Consultant, Fluid Motion Theatre Company

Description

Fluid Motion Theatre Company is seeking an experienced arts consultant to work with the directors on an Arts Council funded development project. The consultant will be responsible for undergoing a review of the organisation, helping to strengthen the artistic vision and future sustainability. The consultant will be responsible for updating the three year business plan which will include a new impact assessment and set of artistic principles. The consultant will also explore financial sustainability of the organisation and lay the foundations for phase two of the development project, led by a fundraiser. 

The candidate will have a strong track record of arts consultancy and knowledge of the UK theatre sector. The consultant will have a good understanding of strategic planning and experience of writing and updating business plans.

Terms and Conditions

Contract Term: The post will commence on Monday 6th July with all project deliverables completed by Friday 23rd October at the latest. Fluid Motion is committed to flexible working and in this current climate we feel it is important that this job role works around individual circumstances.

Place of work: Due to the ongoing Covid-19 Pandemic this role will be undertaken remotely, however attendance at meetings (only if safe and able to do so) may be required as and when is necessary.

Fee: £8,000 fixed fee
