Head of Digital, Unit London

Description

We seek a motivated Head of Digital to lead the direction, creative content and digital marketing for the Unit London brand and its artists:

  • Create innovative, fresh and experimental social media content for multi-channel distribution across social, email, and website - from video, photography, illustration, blog posts, animation and podcasts
  • Implement a detailed social media strategy, taking new channels and audiences into account to increase sales, visibility, and brand awareness
  • Continually develop strategy to accumulate richer data from our audiences and utilise it effectively to create unique, tailored workflows, data automations and marketing campaigns targeted to different audiences
  • Ensure the website’s design is optimised for lead-growth through calls-to-action, landing pages and lead generation content

Person Specification:

  • Minimum five years digital marketing experience, preferably within the arts 
  • Digital marketing qualifications an advantage
  • Sound understanding of, and passion for artists and contemporary art
  • A ‘digital native’ with a natural understanding of the online world and consumer culture Strategic and creative thinker with an analytical mind
  • Experience of using Hubspot and Salesforce an advantage
  • Proactive, driven and hands-on Manager with the ability to drive a department forwards
  • An organised planner and strong communicator, with excellent written and oral skills
