Inspire the next generation
We have an exciting opportunity for a talented and ambitious individual to advance their career at a university committed to enhancing its staff and student experience. By taking the lead as an Associate Head of School, this is your chance to inspire the next generation whilst continuing to develop yourself academically and acquiring further managerial skills along the way.
As Associate Head, you will take responsibility for delivering the Teaching and Learning Strategy and the agenda for the enhancement of the student experience across the School of Humanities. Supporting colleagues, you will identify and lead on teaching and learning innovation opportunities for the School’s broad range of Humanities discipline areas. This will involve proactive networking, partnership development, supporting the internationalisation of the curriculum and exploring new modes of delivery in order to provide an enhanced experience for all of our diverse students.
In return for your skills and commitment, Coventry University provides opportunities for both career and personal development in the form of a tailored development programme. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes a generous holiday allowance and pension, as well as flexible working options. We will also consider assistance for those wishing to relocate to the Coventry area.
Collaborate with us to build a brighter future for all.
