Vacancy: Sales & Customer Services Assistant. 

Hours: Full Time (Monday to Friday, 9am – 5.30pm)

Closes: Monday 13th July 2020

From shipping a handful of products out of a gallery basement, we now handle over 400,000 parcels a year, shipping to tens of thousands of artists in 150 countries around the globe. Despite this growth, our ethos remains the same. We hunt down the best products, offer them at great prices, and deliver an exceptional quality of service.

We are looking for a full-time member of staff to join our Sales & Customer Service team. The role involves processing sales orders and responding to customer service enquiries in a professional and timely manner, answering phones and dealing with queries from both existing and new customers.

An excellent and clear phone manner is very important as are excellent written and verbal communication skills. Previous experience working within a  front-facing customer services role is also required. Knowledge of art supplies is preferred. 

We are a small team, so some general office administration will be required. Knowledge of Office applications and Gmail is desired but not essential as training will be provided. This role will change and there are opportunities for progression. Ideally, we would like someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced & busy environment. 

The role is Monday to Friday, 9am – 5.30pm based in Dalston, London. 

Pay starts at £8.75 + per hour depending on experience.

During Covid-19 restrictions,  you will need to travel to Dalston for training but also have a personal laptop available to use for remote working.
