Agent, Stagebox Management

Description

Stagebox Management are looking for a new Agent to join their team and work within their TV, Film and Theatre division. This role will work with and report to our Head Agent who is also supported by a Junior Agent and office team. 

Applicants should have at least 3 years previous experience in an Agency or Casting environment. The candidate will start in a work from home role and then move to a West London office in due course. 

You should be willing to proactively source new work & opportunities for the clients by using your network to further the opportunities to Stagebox Management clients. 

This role will include but not be limited to:

●  Advocating for clients and seeking out opportunities in the UK & Internationally.

●  Negotiating cast deals & contracts

●  Maintaining and building on Industry relationships

●  Excellence in artist liaison and communications. The role involves delivering exceptional client care

●  Looking after newcomers as well as established British talent.

●  General administration duties relating to client management

The ideal candidate should have knowledge of Tagmin, Spotlight, IMDB, Equity, SAG and Union Rulings, and very strong relationships with Casting Directors, Productions Companies etc. This position will also involve evening commitments including regular theatre trips and travel to meet and watch talent nationwide.

The successful applicant will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with diplomacy, discretion and professionalism. They will be a brilliant multi-tasker and a highly organised individual with an impeccable telephone manner as well as excellent written communication skills.

Candidates should be approachable, trustworthy, efficient, presentable, calm, polite and able to work under pressure with a team approach.

Positions are ordinarily 10am-6pm at Head Office in White City, London, though at the moment all positions are working from home with travel to our UK centres where required and with agreement of all parties.

Competitive salary - dependent on experience
