We are looking to recruit a highly proactive, creative and energetic Programme Assistant to join our dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate who is enthusiastic about young people’s creative education, to develop their project, events and relationship management experience within the arts, education and charity sectors.
You will be a keen and motivated individual with a passion for supporting creative and educational projects and events. You will be self-motivated and efficient, with outstanding organisational and time management skills. You will also have a good knowledge of and interest in the arts and the creative sector. We run a series of national events across the year including Masterclasses with high profile industry professional creatives, a London Visit and a Summer Show, all of which require events assistance and support both in the preparations and during the events themselves.
We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal to support the coordination of the national network with an interest in working with a national network of educators to build genuine relationships with the Trust’s partners and tutors. This role also involves providing administrative and organisational support at The Saturday Club Trust with a range of office related tasks and various aspects of the National Saturday Club programme.
This role is part of the UK Government Kickstart scheme, creating new jobs for 16 to 24 year olds on Universal Credit who are at risk of long term unemployment.
