Merchandising Executive, TodayTix Group

Description

TodayTix Group is looking for a dedicated and hard-working individual with a genuine passion for theatre and desire to start a fulfilling career in arts marketing.

Reporting to the Director of Merchandising for the UK, and working closely with the marketing and partnerships teams, you will support the execution of marketing campaigns intended to drive sales for individual productions and promotional campaigns, in addition to helping to build awareness, acquire new customers and engage our audiences with TodayTix’s consumer brands.

About the role

  • Work closely with Director of Merchandising and Merchandising Managers to execute omnichannel campaigns intended to raise awareness and drive sales for theatre productions

  • Support Merchandising Managers to plan and execute owned-channel messaging, including emails, in-app messaging and push notifications, by utilising a range of online tools

  • Monitor show merchandising across owned platforms (including TodayTix and LondonTheatre.co.uk) and work proactively to ensure that productions are correctly showcased in line with partner commitments and commercial objectives 

  • Ensure that show assets - including copy, imagery, video etc - are up-to-date and effective

  • Monitor TTG’s owned and partner websites, ensuring content is relevant, compelling and sales-driving. This includes managing back with stakeholders to maintain high standards and ensure optimal performance

  • Assist in collating, preparing and briefing copy for all sales platforms, emails and push notifications

  • Help to analyse sales data across all TTG’s owned and partner channels to inform the creation of impactful channel-matching and sales-driving show campaigns

  • Work with Merchandising team and TTG’s creative team on any creative required for TTG’s channels, including writing creative briefs, giving timely and concise feedback and securing approval from required stakeholders

  • Day-to-day general administration

About you:

  • One year’s work experience in an administrative role

  • Demonstrable interest in and genuine love for theatre

  • Exceptional attention to detail and resourcefulness

  • Ability to partner with various stakeholders to achieve goals

  • Confident working with a range of programmes including G Suite 

  • Good copywriting skills  

  • Photoshop skills a plus
