Partnerships Executive, TodayTix Group

Description

TodayTix Group is growing and so too is our partnerships team! We’re looking to recruit a Partnerships Executive to support the day-to-day running of the partnerships team.

As one of a small team of industry-facing experts, they will maintain and develop relationships with producers and marketing agencies to ensure TTG grows market share. Possessing an artistic flair and an eye for detail, they will create exciting partnership proposals that will wow clients and reflect the extensive breadth of marketing support TTG has to offer.

This role will be an excellent opportunity for anyone who is keen to develop their existing skills, build a network of contacts within the theatre industry and be mentored by our highly experienced team. 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Daily communication with TTG partner organisations (theatres, producers, marketing agencies) for new show listings and promotion set-up.

  • Creating clear and visually-engaging presentations and pitch materials to convey TTG’s market-leading marketing and partnerships strategy.

  • Oversee all artwork, video and copy for display on TTG platforms

  • Identify potential partnership opportunities alongside other members of the Partnerships team, mentored by the Director of Partnerships   

  • Work closely with internal Groups and Travel Trade teams to secure competitive terms and pricing to service those sectors of the business

About You

  • The ability to build and maintain professional relationships through phone calls, email correspondence, and in-person meetings

  • Artistic flair coupled with the ability to create striking presentations on either PowerPoint or Google Slides

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail  

  • A working knowledge of, and passion for, theatre – both on and off West End

  • Strong communication and multitasking skills  

  • Demonstrable work ethic and a diligent ‘start-up’ mentality

  • Know when to self-solve vs. when to seek guidance, and aren’t afraid to ask for direction from the experts that surround you

  • Interest or background in the performing arts or theatre industry

  • Strong relationship-builder, with a natural flair for networking

  • Proficiency in Photoshop is an advantage
